Job Description / Average Wage
Lifeguard: This job is going to require certification such as CPR, and more. Your duties will include sitting poolside, where you will watch, and monitor all activities. If something is to happen, you will do your best to get the person to a safe location. You will also assist with opening, as well as closing the pool. The average wage is $7 to $11 a hour.
Childcare / Babysitter: You will work in the daycare center, where you will watch other children, as the parents workout in the facility. You will help with activities, games and more. You will help check in children, as well as assist with cleaning, and more. Your average wage will be from $7 to $11 a hour.
Member Service Rep: You will work the front counter, where you will help people sign up for memberships, as well as cancel them. You will check memberships as people enter the building. You will also assist customers with any questions that they may have. Your average wage will be from $8 to $12 a hour.
Camp Counselor: As a camp counselor, you’re going to help entertain children as they enter the camps throughout the year.
